Do I need special equipment?
No. EXUS runs in modern browsers. For PAIR, use a computer or tablet as the screen and a phone as the controller.
Do plans renew automatically?
The monthly subscription renews each month until you cancel it from your account. Annual access is a one-time payment for 12 months and does not renew automatically.
How is payment processed?
Aurora Software processes official payments with Lemon Squeezy in USD, both in Chile and abroad. In Chile, Lemon Squeezy adds 19% VAT to the base price; you see the total before payment is confirmed.
How do PAIR minutes work?
Clinical echocardiography includes 120 active minutes per monthly cycle and Quant 180. Time pauses after 2 minutes without activity and does not roll over.
Do I pay for updates?
No. While your access is active, every update included in your tier is available at no extra cost.
Does EXUS replace clinical training?
No. It is an educational simulator and should complement appropriately supervised clinical training.
